Listen, I am not waking up before 7am to "get my workout in," ever. I am not prepping all my tasteless meals on Sunday afternoon, because how do I know on Sunday what I want to eat on Tuesday?!

Tacos, I'm going to want tacos, because #tacotuesday. But you get my drift.

Every weight loss program, workout schedule, and diet plan I've ever come across has been tailored to suit the Type A personality. And If you're not Type A, you'd better act like it, or else you're lazy, unmotivated, and have zero dedication.

I call bullshit. I lost 75lbs, and have kept it off for 5+ years, without once counting calories, macros, or adhering to someone else's idea of when I should be working out.

You don't have to fit your capricious, round self into their uptight, little square box.

You can lose weight, get fit, and become a much healthier version of yourself on your own time. On your own schedule. Flowing the way you like to flow.
